Adiponectin: The Super Fat Burning Hormone

You might have read a bit about adiponectin in my free report, but this was really just the tip of iceberg!

Not only does increasing adiponectin burn fat…

New research also indicates that increasing your levels of adiponectin can suppress type 2 diabetes.

Let’s focus on diabetes. In a recent study, Rob van Dam, PhD, of the Harvard School of Public Health, reported that increasing adiponectin was associated with almost a 30% reduction in the risk of type 2 diabetes.

The association remained consistent across all ethnic groups.

“Currently, adiponectin is among the strongest and most consistent biochemical predictors of type 2 diabetes,” the author concluded.

This is exciting stuff! And this may be just one of the reasons why adiponectin is so effective at preventing weight gain.

It appears that along with telling your body to burn calories instead of saving them as fat…

That it also has a powerful insulin lowering response.

This is why I am so excited about a specific ingredient that we included in our new RealDose Weight Loss Formula No. 1 that is proven to increase adiponectin by 15.3%

And more importantly, this ingredient is now proven to increase fat loss by more than 140%.

This means it more than doubles fat loss results.

Even better, this is just one ingredient in our new formula… the others ingredients are just as impressive.

Together, they are incredibly powerful!

If you are ready to finally lose the weight then MAKE THIS THE DAY! Click the link below and give it a try…

Try RealDose Weight Loss Formula No. 1

You will not be disappointed!

Until next time,

Dr. Steve

    Hello,
Is there a distributor in Canada? Can this be bought at a Pharmacy our Health Foods Store in the U.S.A. Or Canada? Would I have a problem getting this mailed across the border.
    Thank you,

  3. avatar Arnold says:

Interestingly, you mentioned nothing about who is financially supporting the “double-blind studies,” in which universally respected scientific periodical the results were published and anything about safety and effectiveness as a direct result of the “double-blind” tests?

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

We currently have clinical research posted on our website showing safety and effectiveness on the individual ingredients. But not yet on the RealDose formulation as a whole. We are gathering information from actual usage and plan on a formal a randomized double blind placebo controlled study in the future.

You can view available Research by visiting our site and selecting the RESEARCH link :

I’m not seeing any weight loss even though I’ve been taking the Weight Loss Formula No. 1 now for a few weeks. When should I start seeing results?

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

It’s not unusual to lose 5 to 10 pounds your first week. A healthy rate of weight loss is 2 pounds a week thereafter until you reach your goal.

      • avatar Phyllis Hoffman says:

you did not address the fact that she had been using product for a few weeks with no weight loss. Does thie happen frequently?

        • avatar Dr. Steve says:

Hi Phyllis, thanks for writing in. It is unusual to use the product for weeks and not experience any weight loss. However, there are many circumstances that can hinder weight loss including hormonal conditions, medical conditions, and medications. We also have no control over what people eat and how much movement they get. It is our goal to offer education and troubleshooting to those who need it, so that we can help them determine what might be holding them back from achieving their goals.

  5. avatar Gloria Jones says:

I would like to thank Dr. Steve for this most enlightening information. I would like to know what triggers hormore imbalances.

I have a sibling whose weight was normal during her youth. She got married and had one son and from the time she gave birth to that son she gained excessive weight, especially in her breast. It is evident that this weight gain has affected her health, as she complains for problems with her feet. Her dress size is 26.

I too am overweight. at 5 feet I am size 18. I look forward to trying your Real dose product.

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

Some people are genetically predisposed to hormonal imbalances, however lifestyle also plays a significant role in determining body physiology. Many of the activities associated with healthy living, such as regular exercise, a nutritionally balanced diet, and consistent sleep patterns, can help stave off hormone imbalances. Living a sedentary lifestyle and eating excessively large or unhealthy meals can cause hormonal imbalance. Likewise, working too hard, not eating well, and not getting enough rest can also lead to unhealthy, unbalanced body chemistry.

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

You can find blueberry or cherry concentrate at most local health food or nutrition stores. You can also do an online search
and find several varieties you can order and have shipped directly to your home.

Good healthy morning-could you post pictures of where you get some of the ingredients and of your production plants? I don’t have an image of how supplements are made. Thanks Sj

  8. avatar Gangaa says:

I have a relative, who is “Obese”, a diabetic, and also has ‘Hypertension’. She is on ‘Prescribed Medications’. My question is, should she take “Real Dose Weight Loss Formula1″ along with taking her medications? or she should discontinue her “Medications” and take “Real Dose Weight Loss Formula1″ ? Please respond.

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

      Hi Gangaa !

Real Dose is caffeine free and made without harsh stimulants, which is very unique in the dietary supplement industry. We formulated RealDose to be safe, non-addictive, and without side effects. We are not aware of any potential food or supplement interactions.

We’ve taken great care to formulate RealDose Weight Loss Formula so it will not interfere with most medications, including those for the treatment of diabetes, cholesterol, and high blood pressure. However, if you have a medical condition or a concern about a potential interaction with RealDose Weight Loss Formula ingredients and the medications you are taking you should always consult with your physician.

You should never discontinue a medication without your physicians approval.

  9. avatar Katherine and David says:

    Dr. Steve,

Please tell us the best way to take Real Dose on days of intermittent fasting.

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

      Dear Katherine,

Thank you for your interest in RealDose ! We recommend taking
1 VegiCapsule, 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. If you are fasting, continue
to take the prescribed dosage, 3 times per day at 4-5 hour intervals. For example,
      8 am, 12 pm, 4 pm .

  10. avatar Violet says:

is Real Dose Weight Loss Formula1 available in sydney Australia?

  11. avatar Jin says:

Can we combine realdose with Intermitten Fasting? Directions say 3x a day before meals. What if I IF and only eat 1 or 2 meals?

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

      Hi Jin !

RealDose is formulated to work in conjunction with any healthy eating plan. We recommend eating smaller more frequent meals throughout your day, and avoid skipping meals for best results. However, RealDose will still be effective to help you lose weight, if you choose to fast. You should continue to take RealDose at the required dosage 3 times per day.

  12. avatar Juanita Elijah says:

I’m breastfeeding but need to lose 200lbs is this safe to take while still feeding my child ?

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

Hi Juanita ! Great question. RealDose Weight Loss Formula is not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women.
You should always consult your health care practitioner before taking any dietary supplement.

  13. avatar Chrystal says:

Has this been approved by the FDA? If not why, if this product is all natural?

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

Our product is not a drug but rather a nutritional supplement. Dietary and nutritional supplements are under the guidance of the
FDA Nutritional Supplement act, and our product strictly adheres to all FDA rules and regulations for nutritional supplements.

“FDA Approved” is related only to drug approvals.

    • avatar Jeanne says:

@Chrystal, If the FDA had approved it I would more than likely to not buy the product! The FDA does NOT protec the consumer they go arm in arm with the drug companies & they do not want us to be free to take the supplements of your choice.

  14. avatar Christina says:

Do you has any stories of this supplement actually working? I have tried so many things. From pills dieting exercising and all I have to show for it is that I gained weight. I would like to hear from real people that have had possitive results.

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

Keep in mind, most people gain weight from years of eating foods that are full of chemicals, pesticides, and preservatives, as well as making poor food choices. It’s not only much how MUCH people eat that makes them gain weight, but what and when they are eating also causes weight gain. All of this leads to
hormonal imbalances. This is where RealDose can help. Supplements can help you get back on the right track, however without making a lifetime commitment to proper nutrition and exercise, most people will gain their weight back as soon as they stop taking a supplement. Ultimately, most of the supplements suggested in the link you sent can be found in foods we eat . We should all strive to have a well balanced nutritious diet with lot’s of variety. If the claims are true, the nutrients we will get from those can’t do anything but help those of us who wish to acheive the healthiest body we can have.

  18. avatar Rosalie says:

Dr. Steve: I weighed 194 lbs. over this past Thanksgiving. While visiting on that holiday, my niece told me she lost weight (30 lbs. in three months) using a HCG product her doctor had sold her. She bought this product for me and I started taking it on Dec. 8, 2011 and weighed 188 lbs. on that day. I stopped taking the HCG on January 8, 2012. While I didn’t lose a lot of weight, I did get down to 178 lbs.and was happy about it because I had not been able to lose weight much at all. I lost several pounds before the HCG from fasting. But what has happened when I went in the maintenance phase was that I continued to lose weight without HCG. Today, March 5, 2012, I weigh168 lbs. The same doctor that sold my niece the HCG and sent it to me, too, sent me an article about Adiponectin today. I Googled it and that is how I found you and your article. I want to try the HCG again because my nephrologist said ten days ago that if I lose another 10 lbs. he will consider my request to go off Metformin. My daily glucometer readings are around 100-109 and have been that way for months, yet my AICI is 6.4. My nephrologist diagnosed me over 1 1/2 years ago with Type II diabetes. I was wondering if you think I can take the HCG product with your RealDose Formula No. 1 at the same time or if this will be just too much? I was 150 lbs at the time of my double-lung transplant in late 2009 and gained all the weight from being sedentary and the various medications (17 for a period of time) they put me on. I’m not on that many anymore. Naturally, I want to get back to 150 lbs., but I only need 10 lbs to lose to get off Metformin. My GFR is 36 from my last labs. I am 5’6″. It appears you are saying that nothing in the products you use react adversely with other vitamins or medications. Currently, I take no vitamins at all. Plus, you claim it also has a positive effect on dealng with stress (cortisol). Would you please opine? Thank you for your help.

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

Yes, we’ve taken great care to formulate RealDose Weight Loss Formula so that it will not interfere with most medications, including those for the treatment of diabetes, cholesterol, and high blood pressure. However, you should always consult with your physician regarding any potential interaction with RealDose Weight Loss Formula ingredients and the medications or supplements that you are taking.
The FDA recently issued a warning about HCG, they advised consumers who have purchased homeopathic HCG for weight loss to stop using it, throw it out, and stop following the dieting instructions. Harmful effects should be reported online to FDA’s MedWatch program or by phone at 800-FDA-1088 (800-332-1088) and to the consumer’s health care professional. You can find more information about this topic at http://www.fda.gov
Understanding how food influences your blood sugar will improve your understanding of how to best control your blood sugar and will also aid in weight reduction.
Maintaining regular eating intervals each day will help you establish and maintain target blood sugar levels set by your doctor. Having a regular breakfast, lunch and dinner will prevent you from becoming overly hungry at the next meal, causing you to overeat. If long periods are expected between meals, scheduling a snack with a balance of carbohydrates, protein and fat to control your blood sugar levels.

Hi Donna, even though I am a doctor, I’m not your moms personal doctor, and there may be details about her
particular health condition that only her doctor would know. I realize this is frustrating, and I apologize.
I would recommend speaking with her physician about the ingredients in RealDose and possible interactions with the medications she is taking.
You can also direct him to our website, where we have research information listed as well.
Further, I would let him know we’ve formulated RealDose Weight Loss Formula so it will not interfere with most medications, including those for the treatment of diabetes, cholesterol, and high blood pressure, as well as other medications, supplements, and foods. 26. avatar Phyllis Hoffman says:

is there any correlation you know about between your product and AD and/or dimentia. You did not comment on any of the findings other than “we should all eat properly”. I am very interested in trying your product but very skeptical.

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

Hi Phyllis, I have seen alot of articles lately about adiponectin and it’s correlation to bone mass, alzheimers, cancer, etc.. and while we know if you have too much fat you have low adiponectin levels and if you are too thin, you have raised adiponectin levels. The correlation between adiponectin and breast cancer or other illnesses, is still unclear. It’s important to know RealDose Nutrition. Weightloss Formula No. 1 does not contain adiponectin. Adiponectin is a hormone that modulates a number of metabolic processes, including glucose regulation and fatty acid catabolism. Adiponectin is exclusively secreted from your adipose tissue (fat) (and also from the placenta in pregnancy) into the bloodstream and is very abundant in plasma relative to many hormones. Levels of the hormone are inversely correlated with body fat percentage in adults. Our product can, however help to regulate adiponectin and enhance weightloss.

It’s really too bad. I don’t eat a lot. In fact I do watch what and how much I eat and I’ve been taking this for two weeks. so far I don’t see any improvement. I’m very discouraged. I’m also concerned as to why you have no real testimonies on here. To sell an item, that’s one of the selling features. I really haven’t seen any good testimonies. That’s even more discouraging.

    • avatar Dr. Steve says:

Hi Sandra, thanks for sharing. I’m very sorry you are not getting the results you expected. Sometimes it does take some time for your metabolism to re-adjust and begin to respond. Keep in mind, most people gain weight from years of eating foods that are full of chemicals, pesticides, and preservatives, as well as making poor food choices. It’s not only much how MUCH people eat that makes them gain weight, but what and when they are eating also causes weight gain. All of this leads to hormonal imbalances. These imbalances can sometimes take time to reverse.
